2. All patients must wear a face mask to enter the building.
3. When you arrive, please text (303) 277-9600 and stay in your car. We will text you back when it’s time to come in.
4. Maintain social distancing.
5. When it’s your time, your provider will meet you in the entryway and provide hand sanitizer and take your temperature
6. You will go back to your room and will be asked to sign the COVID forms and also to swish with Hydrogen peroxide/water mix.
