My wife is extremely phobic when it comes to dentists. She got an exam and x-rays from Golden Dental, but she didn't feel comfortable, and so we went to another dental office. On April 2nd we had our first "courtesy" visit with the new dentist, and that office requested the x-rays from Golden, after my wife signed a release form. On May 27th, my wife went for her appointment, and new x-rays had to be taken because Golden had not forwarded the x-rays which had been requested nearly 8 weeks before. It was disappointing that we needed to pay for another set of x-rays, when current ones were available in Golden.

Good dentistry but horrible communication. They charged my credit card without telling me or sending me an invoice. And my final price was 3x the original estimate and they never told me it had increased. I will not be coming back here. The actual dentist and dentistry work was good, but the whole service was not.
