Dr. Andrea Leung
Dr. Andrea Leung was born and raised in New York. After spending years in braces and seeing the impact her orthodontist had on her and many others, she decided to pursue a future in dentistry.
Education & Training
Dr. Leung obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame and earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville. She then completed a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Summa Health Systems in Akron, Ohio where she gained additional dental experience in a hospital setting. Dr. Leung’s most recent dental experience comes from public health dentistry where she served as a staff dentist and later as the dental director at a community health center in Denver. She also participates in Colorado Mission of Mercy, an annual large-scale clinic that provides quality dental services, at no cost, to those who could not otherwise afford and access dental care.
Dr. Leung is excited to become a part of the Golden Dental Solutions team! She strives to provide quality care in a friendly, relaxing environment and hopes to put patients at ease while they are in her dental chair. Dr. Leung’s goal is to provide gentle and well-informed comprehensive care while keeping the patient’s concerns and needs at the forefront of the service she provides.
While Dr. Leung misses the Big Apple, she is happy to call Colorado home. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, attempting her hand at high altitude baking, trying new restaurants and foods, and attending musical performances.
Associations and Accreditations
Dr. Leung is a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and the Boulder Broomfield Dental Society. She actively is on the hunt for continuing education courses that will best allow her to serve her patients in this continuously evolving profession.
