When I walked in the door I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Rebecca who made me feel right at home as I waited nervously for my first Dental visit in years. My appointment was with Donna and she had so much knowledge about gum health and discovered I had quite the unique teeth! Dr. Qi joined for evaluation and reveals everything that’s been an issue for me in the past including sleep apnea! Thanks to the whole team and stay Golden!

Not enough good things can be said about Golden Dental Solutions and their entire team! Having had poor experiences with dentists in the past, I neglected to go for several years. Upon a positive referral, I reluctantly scheduled an appointment expecting the same judgment and apathetic behavior as my prior experiences. Instead, I was greeted with a friendly, caring team, who simply identified the issues, presented a treatment plan, all with compassion and without judgment. Special thanks to Carol, Donna and Dr. Qi!

We have had a series of unfortunate experinces with the office manager that does not mirror the service from dental team. My wife and I both work in the patient experience and hospitality service sectors of the healthcare industry. In our everyday roles we identifiying problems within clinics, nursing homes, and medical ancillary services with regards to their lack of compassion, care, and customer service. The response from this office below does not adequately represent all of the information. It hides behind policy. I agree with policy it was the delivery of policy terms this review addresses. I am not at all upset or displeased with no show policy. I pride myself in giving places the benefit of the doubt because of my profession. Do not expect the same from Golden Dental Solutions. Helpful tips when looking into this office to ensure you do not fall victim to their policies and procedures they will only make you aware of at the time of issue. 1). Always ask if the treatment/procedure they recommend is covered by your insurance. They will not inform you of this or of any issues with providers at time of booking. They will not be helpful in solutions or in resolutions to these matters after the fact. All of the burden will be placed on the patient, Golden Dental Solutions will not assist you. Example: Booked a specific treatment at the recommendation of the dentist. It was shared after the treatment this particular insurance company sometimes denies coverage for this treatment. They indicated it has happened before with other patients. The office manager was not helpful in supplying documentation needed to resolve the matter myself. They were combative with me. After speaking with insurance agency they needed specific language to cover treatment, office refused to readress letter with language. After months of work I was able to resolve the matter and get some reimbursed. 2). Ask for a copy of all polices and procedures as it pertains to appointments and billing. Example Appointment Setting: They allow one missed appointment all other appointments missed understandably have a service charge. You will be responsible for all appointments made through this office. I missed an appointment and called to confirm if I had any others scheduled. The front desk made me aware of only two of five scheduled in the current and coming months. This resulted in a second missed appointment. During my time going to this office for nearly five years I missed three appointment. One which I called to cancel under the 24 hour window due to covid, that still counts as a missed appointment. One while I was traveling out of country, and one due to inaccurate information shared by front desk staff. Expect to be chastized by the office manager. Apparently call was recorded but not offered to share call with patient to confirm that statement below. Example of Billing: Payment is due at time of service, even if service was not provided due to missed appointment. If they send you a bill with a due date, your payment is still due before the terms on the billing statement. I revieved a bill for the initial missed appointment of $75 and told front desk I would pay by the due date on the bill recieved. I was called back immediately and payment was demanded, not asked for but demanded. Notice they didn't address this part of the conversation in response rather hid behind policy. Is it policy to send bills and request payment before due date? It's not the agreement upon amount It's the delivery method of procuring payment that also is not addressed in response. Regardless of your good payment history. I have twice now been made to feel like someone who has a poor payment history with this office. We will miss the dentist and dental hygenist, however we will not miss the treatment from the office manager.

I didn’t like the way the assistant made my temporary crown. It took her three tries and then once the novacaine wore off my tooth was spiky and irritating, I wish the dentist would be more interactive. My temporary bothered me for days.

Shlonda and Dr. Qi were great during my two visit crown work. Temporary held and my followup was quick. Especially love ability to snag an opening via text message, when others cancel. Thanks!

My 14yo has been here 2 times so far and is very impressed with the staff, hygienist, and dentist. They explain what is happening during the procedures, they check in to make sure all is ok every few minutes. We feel Golden Dental Solutions are very caring and knowledgeable compared to our last dentist. Very happy we have found them.
